Glynn Nickerson and Bob Wexler have worked together extensively in the hardwood flooring industry here in South Texas for over 3 decades. Utilizing their very different and diverse personalities they have created an extremely successful partnership and friendship. Jim Tomerlin
Jim Tomerlin joined the team at AWF in 1998. His expansive expertise in hardwood coupled with Advanced Wood Floors' years in the market proved to be a perfect match. Emmanuel Gaxiola
In 2005, AWF was fortunate to bring Emmanuel Gaxiola on board. Originally from Ventura Co. in Southern California, he started working in the flooring industry as a helper for his uncle at the age of seventeen. His transition into custom hardwood flooring sales has proved very rewarding for both he and his clients. Moira has 12 years of experience in all aspects of the flooring industry. She learned the hardwood floor business from the ground up and has grown to specialize in high-end builder projects. Gregg Gill passionately fills one of the most important positions in our company. Sara Cook
Sara joined AWF in the summer of 2010 as our “glue piece,” working closely with the administrative staff as well as giving support in the Wood Doctor division of our company. Michelle Sanchez
After years of helping her husband with his small remodeling business, Michelle has recently joined our team here at Advanced Wood Floors. The Wood Doctor - Erika Wexler
Recently returning to the San Antonio area after ten years of adventure, Erika is happy to be home and working in the family business. Since 2008 she has participated in many different positions within the company learning all aspects from the inside out. Currently Erika brings an essential component to AWF as the Director of Operations and continues to promote the Wood Doctor, our new maintenance division.
